Privacy Policy
Your photo is scored, never published. You can export or delete your data at any time.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and a display name if you provide one.
- Audit inputs: your quiz answers and the photo(s) you submit for a reading.
- Progress data: your Daily Mirror scans, habit check-ins, and streaks.
- Technical data: basic device and usage signals to keep the service working and secure.
2. How we use it
We use your inputs solely to generate your reading, build your protocol, track your progress, send service messages, and process payments. We do not sell your data, and we do not publish your photos.
3. Your photos
Photos are processed to produce your scores and progress comparisons. They are stored privately against your account. They are never made public, never used for advertising, and never shared except with the processors needed to run the service (below). You can delete them with your account at any time.
4. AI processing
Your photo and answers are analysed by an AI vision model (Google Gemini) to produce your reading. The analysis is constrained to general presence and grooming signals and is filtered server-side to remove any medical, pharmacological, or prescriptive content before it reaches you. The reading is informational coaching, not a medical assessment.
5. Who we share with (processors)
- Hosting and storage infrastructure.
- Google (Gemini) for the AI reading.
- Razorpay for payments.
- Email and messaging providers to send you service messages.
Each processes data only on our instructions and only to deliver the service.
6. Your rights (DPDPA / GDPR)
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. We provide in-product export and deletion, and you can also write to us. We honour the rights available to you under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR.
7. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal and accounting reasons, then delete it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
8. Children
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will notify material changes in the product or by email. To exercise any right or ask a question: consultant@maincharacter.digitglobalservices.com.
